General Ordering Policies

Persons interested in prints can email me at shooter@arkansasnaturephotography.com. Please allow 3

weeks for processing for prints larger than 8x10, and 3 weeks for canvas prints.

I work closely with a fine art master printer Paul Caldwell, based in Little Rock, for all my large work. He

accurately interprets my work. This does introduce delays in order fulfillment. If you have a delivery date in

mind, give me at least three weeks to pull everything together and get it delivered to you to be safe. I sign all

my art unless ordered otherwise. These prints are of the highest archival quality, yet very affordable, roughly

half the price of comparable work in the area. I am selling at wholesale prices to the public.

Everything I ship must be insured at purchase price plus shipping and handling costs. Total shipping costs

are $15 on smaller framed prints, and $20 on larger framed prints. Rolled prints are shipped for $10. Gallery

wrapped canvas prints ship for $25. Shipping and handling for very large gallery wraps will be quoted. Pickup

can be arranged if you are in the area.

Each of my images has a unique number. That is the key identifier in any order or inquiry.

Other Images

On other sites, I have similar collections of images, and there are images that only exist there. See my links

pages for those other galleries. Again, rely on the print #. I must have 600 elk prints posted here and there,

without the number it is very hard to ID images.

Many of my pictures will enlarge to 24x36 without too much difficulty. Here are my prices:

4x12, framed and signed, $25.

8x10, matted 11x14, framed and signed $45 (print $25)

11x14, framed and signed, $45. (print only $35)

16x24, print only $42 (barn wood frame special order)

20x30 framed and signed, $85. (print only $50)

12x36 framed and signed, $85. (print only $40)

24x36, framed and signed, $105. (print only $70)

Note my price increases effective 12/1/08 only covers the increased cost of moving to higher quality prints

with a master printer. These provide a higher quality result and a more vibrant print.

Canvas Prints

I can do canvas prints through my custom printer, Paul Caldwell, of Little Rock, Arkansas. Paul is a master

printer and can do very large pieces if that is desired, and if the particular image can support the size. Paul

offers only the very finest quality archival canvas printing with a superior attention to detail.

Please write for a quote on sizes other than those listed below. I can do canvas prints either rolled,

stretched, or mounted flat on Gatorboard and framed. Gatorboard mounting is the very highest quality mount

available for my flat mounted pieces. The modest cost increase for this mounting system results in the very

highest durability. Framed and mounted canvas print are not exposed to corner damage.

Note that gallery stretched canvas prints require careful and expensive packing. I will quote for the shipping

and handling for these, but $25 is a pretty good estimate of shipping for gallery wrapped prints.

I offer two sizes of my exclusive framed canvas prints, but I can offer different sizes by special order. I will

have to quote other sizes. These are the prices for my framed canvas prints. These are framed in barn

wood

without glazing.

12x36 canvas, mounted on Gatorboard, framed, and signed, $150, plus quoted shipping.

20x30 canvas, mounted on Gatorboard, framed, and signed, $250, plus quoted shipping.

20x30 canvas, gallery wrapped, unframed, signed, $275, plus quoted shipping.

Frames

All my frames are barn wood. I buy in huge quantities and pass along the savings. I have a number of

galleries locally as indicated below. I do ship, but I need lead time, and there is an extra charge for shipping,

handling, and insurance depending on size. On this site and my Pbase site you will see picture numbers.

That makes it easier to communicate about a particular image. Order deadline for Christmas orders

December 1. Local pickup possible later, but inquire. FedEx delivery possible at extra charge if I have time

to order the print. I carry limited inventory on large prints and generally need ordering time. Don't wait until

the last minute. First come, first served.

Digital & Publication Use

$50 an image. This fee is for limited single use, confined narrowly to a single print or digital application

unless otherwise provided in writing. For multiple images I will discount, please request a quote.

Greeting and Note Cards, Postcards, Rack Cards, and Business Cards

I create custom greeting cards, postcards. Since this is custom work, I have to quote cards and post cards

according to quantity. I will do the artwork and furnish the photography for a custom photo business card for

$50. Rack cards $100. These prices include both layout and use of my photography for these products.
